IFN HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH CORE

The High School Youth Core (HSYC) is an exciting program specially designed for Muslim high school students. The mission of HSYC is to seek the pleasure of Allah Most High by fostering a sense of Islamic identity amongst the youth so that they are empowered to actively and comfortably practice their faith in American society. All high school students aged 14 & Above are welcome to start registering in HSYC.

HSYC lead:

Current leads are available to train

Requirement:

• College students or college graduates
• Has gone through American schooling
• Has Islamic knowledge
• Availability on Sundays from 10-1
• Familiarity with handling budget
• Familiarity with technology
• Preference:
• Leadership abilities
• Experience working with youth

HSYC Teacher:

Current teachers and leads are available to train

Requirement:

• College students or College graduates
• Has gone through American schooling
• Has Islamic knowledge
• Availability on Sunday (each class is 45 minutes) depending on the class time

Preference:

• Leadership abilities
• Teaching experience
• Familiarity with IFN community
• Experience working with youth
