The IFN Mosque Community is serious about promoting the good health of our members and cares about the families who attend IFN. Healthy Muslim families create a healthy and resilient Ummah.

To this end, IFN offers health services in keeping with the religious practices of our community members. A Sunday Free clinic staffed by volunteer licensed professionals and aspiring students offers no cost health services to uninsured and under insured adults with chronic health concerns welcoming both IFN members and anyone in need. IFN members also now benefit from the no cost- services of a Faith Community Nurse.

IFN is celebrating the reopening of the IFN Free Clinic with a Health Fair on Sunday Sept 26th 10am to 1pm.

• The Fair will be held outside for COVID safety reasons.
• Please join us for an interesting morning of: exploring healthy options, & safe socially distanced socializing
• Come out to support our partners in the community, including IDPH and APPNA, and some of our amazing IFN committees serving the Mosque community in many ways!
• A few add-ons to this flier list: the ICNA Mobile Van will be there for you to tour.
• Dr. Rubina Hussain will be offering no-cost student physicals for children in need.
• (& Sorry- no cholesterol screening this time)

The IFN Clinic welcomes IFN members and anyone in need

regardless of their race, religion, or political persuasion.

Serving those who do not have health insurance or who have insufficient health coverage.

Protecting the rights of the uninsured to quality health care regardless of their ability to pay.

Services offered at the IFN Clinic:

• Physician consultations
• Referrals
• Access to low cost/no cost medications
• Access to lab work
• Access to low cost radiology services

Normal  Hours: 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. Sundays.

• Please plan to arrive before 11:30am and bring a list of your current medications.
• Walk-ins only please.
• The IFN Clinic welcomes all adult patients with chronic conditions.
