SISTER'S HALAQA
The masjid is available for sisters to congregate and discuss various topics amongst themselves, but there are also a few halaqas (study circles) that are open to the community and have been meeting on a regular basis. Details of the two (2) gatherings are below:

Day: Every Tuesday
Time: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Lead by: Br. Farid Fahmy
Coordinator: Sr. Nasia Waheed
As a part of the Religious Affairs committee, Br. Farid Fahmy is a longtime, upstanding cornerstone of the IFN community and offers his time with the sisters every Friday to discuss various portions of the Quran which is then followed by a Question & Answer Session in the IFN Prayer Hall.


Sister’s Dars
Day: Every Other Thursday
Time: 10:30 a.m. - Dhuhr
Lead by: Sr. Sabiha Khalid
This study circle is in the earlier part of the day so that sisters can still have the remainder of the day evening with their families. Led by long time IFN community member Sr. Sabiha Khalid, the women meet in the banquet hall to discuss various excerpts from the Quran. All sisters are welcome to join.
