MATRIMONIAL SERVICES

IFN also does offer matrimonial services to advise and assist the community with any matrimonial questions/affairs. The committee can work with the EC as well as the Religious Affairs committee for nikah ceremonies, filing the proper paperwork, or any other areas of concerns that a married or unmarried individual or family may have.

"And one of His signs is that He has created for you, spouses from amongst yourselves so that you might take comfort in them and He has placed between you, love and mercy. In this there is surely evidence (of the truth) for the people who carefully think." (Surah 30, Verse 21)

Dr. Khaudeja Bano has accepted to lead and formalize the IFN Matrimonial Committee . The charter of the committee and membership will be defined in the near future. This committee will try to address an important unmet need of the community. A lot of work has been done in this regard in the past by highly experienced members of IFN and inshallah we will gain from the valuable experiences acquired so far on this challenging task.
