WOMEN ADVOCACY COMMITTEE
VISION
The Women’s Advocacy Committee (WAC) is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment for the women of our community. We aim to create a space for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and action on issues that matter most to community women.The committee will convene monthly for engaging discussions and a collaborative approach to addressing concerns raised by members. Through thoughtful planning and implementation, we will launch initiatives that uplift, empower, and strengthen women within IFN.Subcommittees will be formed as projects are introduced, allowing members to contribute in ways that suit their schedules. Women will have opportunities to lead initiatives, develop leadership skills, and actively shape programs that benefit the community.The Women’s Advocacy Committee serves as a welcoming space for all women to connect, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact at IFN.
