The Islamic Foundation North (IFN) Board of Trustees (BOT) is comprised of 11 positions. The BOT’s primary function is to provide vision, leadership, and maintain focus on the objectives as stated in the By-Laws. On a larger scale, the BOT must maintain and provide oversight for properties, deeds, assets, investments and endowments held in the name of IFN.
Subsequently, the BOT is also responsible for large capital investment projects as well as maintaining all non-financial records pertaining to IFN, including reports of standing. Lastly, the BOT also insures elections are held in an honorable standing and general body meetings are provided with agendas communicating the efforts/plans of the BOT in a timely and professional manner throughout the year.
