EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Islamic Foundation North (IFN) Executive Committee (EC) is comprised of 5 positions. The EC’s primary function is to provide management and leader in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the masjid property. The EC also develops programs to achieve the objectives of IFN as described in the by-laws.

The responsibilities of the individual roles range from administrative work such as maintaining membership records and tracking the operating & expenses budget,  to providing oversight to its sub-committees, planning and executing social activities at IFN as well as special events/celebrations such as Eid and Ramadan activities.

Lastly, under the direction of the Board of Trustees (BOT), the EC strives to execute the strategies the BOT has laid out and respond/encourage community feedback. As the principal representatives of the community, the EC is always encouraging involvement and suggestions from its members.
